Everything in Level 1, plus a structured due diligence process during your acquisition (up to 3 weeks): initial and final coin counts, up to 4 hours reviewing coin counts, utility bills, and expenses, a lease review, and our opinion of value based on the results.
Everything in Levels 1 and 2, from offer through close of escrow. We prepare your offer and purchase documents, negotiate the lease with the landlord, connect you with three laundromat lenders and an experienced escrow company, and negotiate the purchase price allocation.
